ARTS AND NATIONS
a series of meetings dedicated to the history of art
Tomasz Kopoczyński (TK) invites you
Following the success of the “What do we need history for?” series, attorney Tomasz Kopoczyński encouraged Dr Jacek Friedrich, a prominent art historian and, more recently, director of the Gdynia City Museum who cooperates with the law firm, to organise a series of meetings devoted to the history of art. The fruit of this idea is the author’s concept entitled “Art and Nations”, which deals with national issues in the art of Poland and three neighbouring nations: Germans, Russians and Czechs. The venue is, as before, the Sierakowski Manor House. Lecturers – eminent figures of Polish science.
